In April 2017 Jablite has published its first-ever CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Report. The report covers Jablite’s activities and projects under five headings:
It demonstrates that Jablite is listening to customers through a regular annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys and this year a new initiative sees Jablite signing up to TrustPilot for independent reviews.
The employee engagement programme continues to develop and in response to staff it has been renamed Employee Satisfaction.
