The agreement will enhance and further develop the existing relationship between the two companies.

Jablite and Rackham co-developed the Poly-Plus Flooring System, which utilises concrete beams with lightweight, highly insulating EPS infill panels to form ground floors to houses, “which have a number of benefits for our customers,” explains Paul.

“The high thermal performance, with U Values as low as 0.08 W/m2K,means that the Poly Plus system offers the effective insulation required by today’s house builders without compromising the overall floor depth. This thermal efficiency will assist in meeting the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes and other similar legislation.”

“The Poly-Plus systems are quick and easy to install and remove the need to use heavy concrete infill blocks between the beams. For the house builder, this is a major health and safety bonus.
